This is designed to help offer patients the regular treatments necessary for rehabilitation at a low cost if your insurance will not cover. After your initial appointment, if you are treated weekly, your follow up sessions are only $60. If you are treated bi-weekly, it's only $70, and so forth. See the plan below

There will be paperwork for your first appointment.
As a courtesy to our schedule, please be prompt. Time will be deducted from your appointment if we start late so be sure to allow yourself enough time to park, find our office and use the restroom at Macys.
Gift Certificates are non refundable or redeemable for cash.
Gift Certificates must be redeemed within 1 year.
Package purchases are only valid for 1 year.

Your appointment time will not be reserved until your payment has been received, therefore, you must prepay to secure your reservation.
Only 50% refunds will be given for all cancellations less than 24 hrs. Prepaid appointments (including package purchases) will not be refunded after 30 days of sale.
